Ms. Spelman is particularly well skilled in the role of consultant to clients who seek assistance in delineating and analyzing strategic staffing priorities and developing solutions that support departmental and institutional goals. At WSES, she leads initiatives in client and candidate relations, business development, and general responsibilities in search consultation.
