Mount Holyoke College is pleased to announce that Tayler Kreutter will be starting as the executive director of Student Financial Services starting on March 21.

Tayler comes to Mount Holyoke from Roberts Wesleyan College in Rochester, where she is the executive director of student financial services, serving in this role since June 2019. At Roberts Wesleyan, Tayler led the development of a student financial services office and has deployed a new student service model. Before Roberts, she held a number of roles in financial aid at the University of Rochester from 2014 to 2019, beginning as a guest services coordinator and culminating in her position as the senior associate director of financial aid.

Tayler is a Certified Financial Aid Administrator, the highest level of professional certification from the National Association of Financial Aid Administrators. She also holds an MS in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs from the University of Rochester.

I am so grateful for the work of all those who participated in the search. We are very much looking forward to welcoming Tayler to the College as well as to all that she brings to this key role.
