We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Juanita Womack for the position of registrar in the Division of Student Life. Ms. Womack will report to Mr. LeNorman Strong, interim vice president for Student Life, and will begin employment on Monday, September 11, 2017.

Ms. Womack is currently the interim university registrar at Philadelphia University, which recently merged with Thomas Jefferson University. Ms. Womack was responsible for the merger of both offices of the registrar during the merger of the two universities. Ms. Womack has substantive knowledge of Banner, Degree Works, Sequel, and EMS, and IT systems. She has had extensive experience overseeing undergraduate, graduate, and international students' registration policies, protocols, and practices. While managing the operations of the Office of the Registrar, Ms. Womack worked closely with academic deans, department chairs, and members of senior administration to foster an efficient, collaborative work environment that supported staff development and growth, while providing accurate and timely service to students.

Prior to her career at Philadelphia University, Ms. Womack held registrar positions at Washington Adventist University and the Cooper Medical School of Rowan University. In addition, Ms. Womack worked at Drexel University where she began her career in the Office of the Registrar and ultimately served as the associate registrar.

Ms. Womack possesses a Master of Science degree in Higher Education with specialization in Enrollment Management from Walden University, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management from Eastern University.
